　幕末から明治にかけて「牛鍋」は老若男女を問わず大衆に爆発的な人気で、当時の東京には数百件の「牛鍋屋」があったそうです。現在は高級なイメージがある「牛鍋」ですが、本来は大衆に広く愛された料理であったので、「牛鍋」をもっとカジュアルにお楽しみいただけるようにし、当店オリジナルの「牛鍋」で美味しさを日々探求しています。また、伊勢海老・アワビ・牡蠣などの海鮮焼きを手頃に楽しめる「やきうお」や江戸肴も御用意しています。
　「虎正宗」は江戸の大衆酒場の賑やかで楽しげな雰囲気を体験できる店「江戸酒場」として完成しました。

ヴィンテージ家具やレトロ加工された塗り壁など、江戸時代の趣を感じさせる装飾が施されたインテリアは、どこかワクワクしてきます。
デートにはもちろん、仲間とのパーティーや、誕生日・記念日での御利用、歓送迎会、女子会、 忘年会などの宴会にも御利用くださいませ。

From the end of the Edo period to the Meiji era, "Ushinabe" was explosively popular with people of all ages, and it seems that there were hundreds of "Ushinabeya" in Tokyo at that time. Currently, "Ushinabe" has a high-class image, but since it was originally a dish that was widely loved by the general public, we made it possible to enjoy "Ushinabe" more casually, and enjoyed the deliciousness of our original "Ushinabe". I am exploring every day. We also have "Yakiuo" and Edo side dishes, where you can enjoy grilled seafood such as spiny lobster, abalone, and oysters at a reasonable price.
"TORAMASAMUNE" has been completed as a "retro bar" where you can experience the lively and fun atmosphere of a popular bar in Edo.
The original style of sukiyaki izakaya that you can enjoy sukiyaki is also attractive in a fashionable space.
